CRUDDY BOOKS

There are two interesting developments at
Mika

1) The Cruddy Awards.
The Cruddy Award: The Tournament of Exes. A chance to talk about the most appalling story about your ex in 200 words or less. I would participate, but it was so long ago, and the passion behind it is long gone. It is also very tedious. In short: Not worth mentioning.

2) A series of interesting questions that I will answer at a later date.

You’re stuck inside Fahrenheit 451, which book do you want to be?
Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character?
The last book you bought is:
The last book you read:
What are you currently reading?
Five books you would take to a deserted island:
Who are you going to pass this stick to (3 persons) and why?

FEED THE CALL-GIRL

I got my Amazon.UK purchases. The reason I went all the way to London was for the book Belle de Jour - The Intimate Adventures of a Call-Girl. It hasn't come out in the States.  You all probably know her from her blog, and yes, she wrote a book.  I am not that far into it, but we have reached the fisting stage.

I have never had anyone try and fist me. Thankfully. How is that pleasurable? Isn't that insanely painful? No, thank you, I will do a lot of things, but fisting is where I draw the line. If anyone even tried...I'd say "Hold on there. What are you doing? Yeah, so, could you stop?" Maybe I am missing out on the best thing in sex, but I don't think so. I'm also pretty tight down there, and I have enough trouble getting a guy in me (when I haven't had sex for awhile).

My ex (aka the bastard) used to fumble around trying to enter me. It was hilarious. Some times he would "accidentally" try anal while fumbling. I don't have a problem with that, but don't try and "accidentally" do it.

I also bought this CD called Comfort in the Sound by Feeder. I am listening to it right now as I download it to my itunes. I like it. Very nice...

I DON'T LIKE YOU EITHER

I went to the bookstore in a desperate attempt to find something to read...I have about three books at home, but I can't seem to get into any of them. Anyway, I came across a new book called something like, " You really didn't like him either".  A response to "He Is Just Not that Into you."

I will admit - I read "He Is Just Not That Into You" because I was of the belief that if he said he WOULD call and didn't....well, something MUST have happened to him. He needs a reminder call to remind him to call me. I didn't realize that men were scared little boys that are incapable of opening their mouth. *sorry but true*  - see my Sex in the City post.

The book woke me up and told me - he doesn't like you.  I read that to mean - "he doesn't find you remotely attractive and you are slightly fat", but those are my issues.

Anyway - what is going on with these books? We get it! Women don't like men. Men don't like women. Women don't like Women. Men don't like Men. We tolerate each other, and get married hoping that the other person will die first.

STAGES OF SEX?

I go through stages - and I recently went through a coffee table book stage. Is that is possible? It hasn't ended.  One of my favs is Roy Stuart - he came out with a new book Roy Stuart Volume IV. I don't know how to describe it.  It is basically photographs of sex...or photographs of stages of sex?  Anyway - the photos are amazing and I am looking forward to the IV addition.

Taschen (publisher - I think ) - is wonderful when it comes to coffee table books. Of course, I just found that out.
